Dude – finally got the Cans hooked up – fucking smoking dude – sounds great great great – I got like three more octaves down and actual imaging as opposed to the headphone out on my digi 003 which sounds like a giant turd. I was quite surprised at the clarity and detail as well as the sheer horsepower the Cans headphone amp could supply!! We’re in the process of changing out the McIntosh power amps we use in our cue system for the Purple Cans… and I think in the long run the clients will be quite pleased with the system, while we’ll save a significant amount of space, power, patching, and agita!!!
